Erin Simonitch is an Of Counsel Attorney with Calvert & Coleman, PC. Erin primarily practices family law, providing counsel and advocacy for clients seeking divorce or restraining orders. In her free time, Erin serves on the Legal Committee of WEAVE, Inc., and works as a volunteer attorney assisting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault with family law matters.
Erin is a Northern California native who grew up in the beautiful Sonoma Valley. She received her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, San Diego before moving back north to earn her J.D. at King Hall, U.C. Davis Law School.
At King Hall, Erin interned with the U.C. Davis Civil Rights Clinic, protecting the constitutional rights of inmates in California jails and prisons. She also co-chaired the U.C. Davis chapter of If, When, How (known at the time as Law Students for Reproductive Justice) and interned at the organization's national office. In recognition of her work in the community, she graduated with a King Hall Public Service Law Certificate.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Erin worked in both the private and public sectors, with experience in finance, disability rights advocacy, and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has approached her work with a focus on excellence in service and a strong sense of justice for those she serves.
